Ampersand was retained by Indiana VIE PAC to support their endorsed slate of Indiana (PA) Council candidates in 2015 and School Board candidates in 2017. Ampersand provided strategic oversight, set up a remote volunteer phone banking system targeting various demographics, and provided direct mail services. In both years, our full slate of candidates swept into office.
